At EdenGardenHomeFare, we take pride in offering high-quality homemade pickles, chutney, thokku, and snacks. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict refund and returns policy as outlined below.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for food products due to health and safety concerns.If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during transit and evidence is provided.
  • You received the wrong item instead of what was ordered.
  • The product was out of stock after payment, and we cannot fulfill the order.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability).

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or bank processing time.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
